Freebird Stores - Newbury Street

Was walking down Newbury Street in Boston when I looked up and saw gorgeous boots in a window…into Freebird I went for the first time. Not only are the boots gorgeous but shopping there was such a pleasure. Exceptional customer service is so rare these days and your Boston staff is amazing. I left with a pair of Saloon graphite multis. I fully intend to make the 90 minute trip back to Boston for more.

I came all the way from the other state which was 5 hours driving. I got to the store at 7 pm, and the doors were closed, even tho the working hours is till 9 pm. I heard someone inside so I have started calling, I heard my rings through the door, nobody picked up. I have waited till 7.30, 2 girls showed up and i begged them to open the door because i really want to purchase something and you are still on working hours. I did mention that I came from far away. guess what I got? nothing. the rudest ppl ever who told me that they are done for they day, and they don’t want to do anything to help. my heart was broken because of lack of humanity… zero stars, and please please follow your working hours.. this is a shame

I have been wanting a pair of freebirds for a while.. so I ordered them online a few years ago but when I received them they just didn’t work sizing wise, so I returned them and didn’t bother ordering another pair. When I was visiting Boston last weekend I noticed an actual store on Newbury street and i decided what the hell I’m here… wellll let me tell you!!! Everyone that works there is super helpful to another level and one of them was Kimbo… she was just phenomenal!! She explained every detail, every style why some boots would work for me and some wouldn’t. She reallly paid attention to what I was looking for in a boot and the amount of shoes she let me try on just because 🤭 The atmosphere in the store is just so awesome where you literally feel like you’re hanging out. It’s rare to find great shopping experience and this was just beyond! I ended up purchasing these 2 beautiful babies and I am obsessed 🤩

Stunning store with an incredible collection. Ladies who work there are always so helpful and enthusiastic. They give honest feedback and are all passionate about the product. I do wish the sale boots were marked somehow is my only complaint.

This is my happy place. I’ve bought for me, my mom, and husband, but not my son or puppy...yet. Kayleigh (spelling?) is amazing and goes above and beyond to help my friends, family, and me. She’s kind, patient, fun, and makes great suggestions without being pushy. Freebird customer service via phone and email is excellent. I like real life shopping so thrilled to get that service here too, especially from Kayleigh. Sue Ann and Jordan were patient and amazing too but I think they may no longer be at the Boston store. I have been shopping here since opening day (before that I discovered Freebird online) and turned 7 friends into repeat customers. I don’t get commission and sadly have never won a raffle and bummer their rewards program started after I had bought 9 pairs in
